Most service business owners struggle with these things
Many established service business owners reach a point where the business is working, but it’s working because of them. Visibility is inconsistent, growth has plateaued, and too much still depends on referrals, reputation, or the owner’s personal involvement in everything.
After years (or decades) in business, marketing often feels like an afterthought. Websites are outdated, messaging no longer reflects the quality of the work, and online efforts don’t reliably translate into booked calls, new patients, or steady inquiries. Meanwhile, owners are wearing too many hats: operator, manager, decision-maker, and marketer, in addition to serving clients.
This creates stress, decision fatigue, and a sense that the business is more fragile than it should be. You know there’s untapped capacity, but without clear systems, visibility, and positioning, growth feels unpredictable and heavier than it needs to be.
The transformation
When we build your online presence, your coaching biz will…

Attract and convert the right clients
A strategic website builds immediate trust, clearly communicates what you do, and guides visitors toward action. With focused messaging, proof points, and clear calls-to-action, your site stops being a brochure and starts functioning as a dependable client-acquisition tool—working even when you’re not.

Create stability and predictability
When the right people understand your value before they contact you, sales conversations become easier and more consistent. This means fewer dead-end inquiries, more aligned clients, and steadier revenue, reducing stress and making growth feel manageable instead of chaotic.

Reduce owner dependency
Your website can handle the heavy lifting: explaining your services, qualifying leads, and setting expectations. That frees you from being the bottleneck and allows the business to operate with more clarity, confidence, and resilience, supporting both growth and long-term sustainability.
My story

For most of my career, I worked with growing companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs to design digital experiences that were clear, functional, and effective. Over time, I noticed a pattern: many smart, capable business owners had strong reputations, but their online presence didn’t reflect the quality or depth of their work.
Like many business owners, I also navigated major life transitions while building my career, raising a family, stepping back at times, and redefining what success looked like in different seasons. I didn’t want to hustle for the sake of hustle. I wanted work that was intentional, sustainable, and aligned with real life.
As my design career evolved, I began working closely with service-based business owners who had been “doing everything right” for years, but still felt stuck. Their businesses depended too heavily on them. Their websites were outdated. Their messaging hadn’t kept up with who they had become.
I combined my background in branding, UX, market research, and web design to create a focused, done-for-you process that brings clarity fast. Not flashy. Not trendy. Just thoughtful strategy, clear positioning, and strong execution.
Today, I help established service businesses strengthen their online presence so it supports the business, not drains it. The goal isn’t hype or endless growth. It’s stability, clarity, and a business that feels solid again
The 5-day Intensive Design Process

Monday: Kick-off meeting
You are my only focus this week. We start with a one-on-one strategy call to understand your business, your goals, and what’s currently holding you back. Together, we define a clear roadmap so every decision we make supports real outcomes.

Tuesday: Market research
I dig deep into your ideal client, how they think, what they’re worried about, and what they need to see in order to trust and choose you. This ensures your online presence speaks directly to the people you want more of, making inquiries and sales conversations easier and more predictable.
By the end of this day, you’ll have clarity around your positioning and confidence in how you show up.

Wednesday: Content strategy
With clear research in place, we craft messaging that reflects your expertise and speaks plainly to your audience. We combine this with smart keyword research so your site is easier to find and easier to understand, without sounding salesy or overproduced.
The result is content that feels natural, credible, and aligned with how your business actually operates.

Thursday: Branding
We refine your visual identity so it reflects the professionalism, trust, and experience you’ve built over time. This includes a cohesive color palette, typography, imagery direction, and brand elements that feel steady and timeless—not trendy or gimmicky.
You’ll receive a clear style guide so your brand stays consistent as the business grows.

Friday: website build & launch meeting
We build a clean, professional website designed to support your business goals. Your story, services, and messaging are integrated into a structure that’s easy for visitors to navigate and easy for you to maintain.
We test, refine, and optimize—then meet for a launch session to review next steps and simple ways to continue improving visibility and performance over time.

Becky truly excels in delivering results. I hired her to design my website, and I was impressed by her dependability, flexibility, focus, and expertise. She set clear expectations about the process and communicated everything effectively on the Friday before we started. Remarkably, she completed the entire project within a week. Her efficiency, professionalism, and adaptability are commendable. I highly recommend Becky to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled professional who balances focus with flexibility. As a bonus, she also provides a marketing kit.

I am pleased to recommend Becky as an extremely organized and competent design professional. During her time at The DiMarco Group, I had the pleasure of working with Becky on several branding programs for our corporate and real estate portfolio. Becky’s persistent hard work resulted in the rollout of a new corporate logo that unified our vertically integrated organization. I can think of no one more qualified to collaborate with on the creative aspects of marketing our companies and properties. It is, therefore, without reservation that I endorse Becky and her unique skill set.
